The CyberPeace Foundation through their innovative CyberPeace Clubs aims to form student and faculty-driven task forces across the country for the welfare and growth of children online. To bridge the gap revolving around the protection of children online and enablement of their knowledge of opportunities, threats and risks on the internet is the objective of the CyberPeace Clubs. The Club also aims to provide a conduit by which students, faculty and staff of the school can learn and access relevant resources about cybersecurity, network prominent cyber security community, share ideas and train interested students, faculty and staff from all disciplines on the topics related to computer and network security.
The members of the Club are encouraged to take up research projects and participate in national level competitions. The Clubs serve to spread awareness on the subject of cybersecurity and peace, to ensure uniformity and update about trends in the domain. Apart from these objectives, the Clubs also serve the community by helping support cybercrime victims, through counselling, mentoring and guidance.
